The exhibition project AMBASSADORS OF NATURE at the CLB gallery started already as a collaborational project between Save the Future (a performative think tank with Andrea Tietz and Nicole Oder) and me as a visual artist last year early summer. After first meetings we exchanged experiences and examined our intersections and our long journey began. Our goal to combine an analogue approach through visual art and merge into a digital world was accompanied with many whys and hows especially to show the main emphasis of the threatened fragile world of biodiversity. After having more unanswered questions as solutions the A.I., with ChatPGT3 was the main and last missing link to combine all components and „it“ gave answers. After this the project took shape and started to develop in the direction we wanted to. It was also my first approach and experience as a visual artist with the A.I. and it was fascinating to use it as tool. First I introduced myself formally to the A.I. and asked ChatPGT3 how a sculpture could look like in a collaboration between Save the Future and me. The A.I. gave an answer, and we started a dialogue with details and intentions about this sculpture and the initial idea of a „A tree“ was born. The first step was done, the using of ChatPGT3 was successful and i finished the proposed sculpture „A tree“. The next step was to introduce „A tree“ the analogue version again to the A.I., and then the digital artist Daniel Kalafta-Müller took over from this point and generated about 150 new versions of „A tree“ through the A.I., and developed "A.I. tree“. So the cycle submerging into the A.I is closed and the result is on view till May 29th, 2023 at the CLB gallery at Moritzplatz, Aufbauhaus in Berlin.
